This Christmas Cibo Espresso will be offering a Mini Panettone for $4.50 in addition their full size Panettone. This is the perfect present if you are looking for a Kris Kringle or to send someone warm wishes for the holidays.
The full size Panettone will be on offer for $20.
Cibo Espresso director and pastry chef Claudio Ferraro has initiated a change away from previous Cibo Panettones. This year the Panettone has broken the traditional Italian style by introducing couverture chocolate buttons and an amarena cherry to the original recipe.
Both will be available from all gift-boxed from all Cibo Espresso stores from late November 2011.
