Cibo Espresso is proud to announce that we have been crowned the Overall Best Coffee Chain Winner at the 2011/2012 CSR Golden Bean.
This year we entered our coffees in the Golden Bean along with more than 270 other Australian Coffee Roasters and 1,200 coffees.
The blend received a bronze medal in the Espresso Category overall against 256 other entries.
In a blind taste of an intimidating pool of 63 other coffee chains our Cibo Espresso blend scored silver for our espresso and bronze for milk category.
Having the highest combined score of these three categories meant that we were chosen as the overall Coffee Chain winner of 2011/2012 CSR Golden Bean.

The prize adds to the number accolades Cibo Espresso has been awarded this year, including the most recent success at the South Australian Barista Championships where Cibo Espresso barista Jonny Pisanelli took out first place in the competition. He will face Australia’s finest baristas at the AASCA Australian Barista Championships in May 2012.
