CIBO Espresso will open its doors again to South Australia's most talented artists for their 2011 CIBO Galleria. Following the success of CIBO Galleria 2010, CIBO Espresso will launch its 2011 exhibition in June. The exhibition will be featured only once during the year to coincide with SALA. CIBO are calling for new entries to submit their interest in the program. The competition will run until the end of August.
The amazing hype surrounding exhibiting artworks provides a unique opportunity for emerging artists to gain recognition and valuable exposure. All proceed for artwork sold will go directly to the artist.
Three People's Choice Award will honour the three artists with the most votes.
- 1st Prize $3,000
- 2nd Prize $2,000
- 3rd Prize $1,000
A panel of industry professionals will select an overall winner from the top three finalists. The 1st prize includes $10,000 to put towards developing your career as an artist, plus the chance to have their artwork displayed on CIBO Espresso takeaway cups.
The CIBO Galleria exhibition will be curated by industry professionals Anna Davison and Phillipa Lewis of Art Inq, sharing CIBO Espresso's goal of supporting South Australia's up-and-coming artist.
